Sussex County Division of Health Temporary Retail Food Vendor permit and
Fire Safety Inspection certificate (for open flame)

Any open flame for cooking, grilling, etc. requires a fire permit through Vernon Township Fire Prevention Office and a fee of $54 will be required (please include all market dates on one application). Please contact Rachel at 973.764.4055 ext. 2234. Carry in/carry out garbage. Host does NOT provide tables or electricity. Use of canopy is suggested. Applications will be reviewed on a first come, first served basis. Booth placement will be determined by the host. All vendors will be given ONE 10x10 space. Tents bigger then 10x10 will require additional booth payment.
