Mask Mandate Lifted

Due to the significant decline in the rate of transmission for COVID, the mask mandate for those visiting or working in the Vernon municipal building has been lifted as of Monday, March 7, 2022. This decision may be subject to change if the transmission rate starts to climb again. Although masks will no longer be required, individuals may wear a mask if they choose to do so. We appreciate the public’s assistance in following this mandate for nearly the past two years, as we have tried to keep our employees and friends safe during their visits to the municipal building.
