We’re so excited to bring Girls on the Run back to Vernon for girls in 3rd–5th grade!
Girls on the Run is so much more than running. Through fun activities, group discussions, movement, and games, girls learn skills that help them build confidence, friendships, healthy habits, teamwork, goal-setting skills, and a stronger sense of who they are. 💜
And don’t worry—your child does NOT have to be a runner! Girls of all abilities are encouraged to participate. The program is designed to help each girl recognize her own strengths and realize her limitless potential.

📅 Practices begin the week of September 14
⏰ Mondays & Wednesdays | 3:00–4:15 PM
🏃♀️ Season ends with the celebratory Girls on the Run 5K on November 15!
