  1. Administrator Update

Ms. Bright updated that PS2 is completed and closed out.

The sewer service area was approved by SCMUA and the County PAC. This will now move to the County and the next meeting is in September. Once they approve, the County has two weeks to upload the application and GIS mapping to the NJDEP.

Ms. Bright updated on capital projects stating the Work Plan/Budget review for the Sewer Expansion with federal Community Development funds was submitted and is in the review period. The EPA responded with a few minor tweaks we need to make and then we will resubmit.

We are now in the intense engineering point of the projects.  We’re planning on going out to bid for all of the locations provided so we can know exactly what is needed.  Then we’ll put all out to bid together (most likely grouped) and then a few alternatives to see what it all costs and what it takes to do all the expansions in total.
