REGULAR MEETING MINUTES

July 12, 2023

 

 

Call to Order

Meeting was called to order by Chairman Theobald at 7:00 p.m.

 

Statement of Compliance:

Pursuant to the Open Public Meetings Act, adequate notice of this Regular Meeting has been provided to the public and the press on January 17, 2023, by delivering to the press such notice and posting same at the Municipal Building.

Chairman Theobald led the assemblage of the Flag.

Public Hearings

 

LU# 5-23-8Dean Anthony Properties, LLC – Block 592, Lot 69,70, & 71, - Minor Subdivision with Variances

Chairman Theobald read title of LU#5-23-8 and stated Applicant notified the Land Use Board of request to carry the application to the meeting of August 9, 2023 with no further notice required. Board approved.

LU#5-23-7 – Restoration Agriculture, LLC – Block167, Lot 11, - Preliminary & Final Site Plan with Variances for a Farm-to-Table Restaurant, Banquet Hall and a Public Campground for Glamping

Chairman Theobald read title of LU#5-23-7 and stated Applicant notified the Land Use Board of request to carry the application to the meeting of August 23, 2023 with no further notice required. Board approved.

 

 

Chairman Theobald asked Land Use Board Secretary to send out reminder to all Board Members that Meeting of July 26, 2023 will begin at 6 :00 pm.

 

Public Participation

 

Chairman Theobald opened the meeting to the Public.

Unnamed public asked if applicants will re-notice with new meeting dates which Chairman Theobald stated no further notice is required. Seeing no one further wishing to come forward, Chairman Theobald closed the meeting to the Public.

 

Resolutions

 

LU# 5-23-6 – Route 94, LLC – 634, Lot 2 & 3 – Preliminary Site Plan for the Construction of a Brewpub, Event Hall, Inn, and related site improvements

Eligible to vote: McPeek, Cocula, Whitaker, Haley, Mitchell, Heftler, Mele, Vizzini, Spoerl

 

Land Use Board Secretary stated Resolution was not yet completed and will be added to the next meeting for action.

Ø  June 28, 2023 – Regular Meeting Minutes (McPeek, Cocula, Whitaker, Haley, Mitchell, Heftler, Mele, Vizzini, Spoerl)

 

Motion: Motion to Approve Minutes for June 28, 2023 was made by Ms. Cocula and seconded by Mr. Mele. All eligible Members were in Favor.

Motion Passed.

There being no further items of business to be conducted on the agenda, a motion was made by Mr. Auberger and was seconded by Mr. Mele. All Members were in favor.

Meeting was adjourned at 7:06 pm.
