2. Statement: Adequate notice of this meeting has been provided to the public and the press on February 8, 2013, and was posted in the municipal building in accordance with the Open Public Meetings Act, N.J.S.A. 10:4-6.
   
   The purpose of this work session will be to discuss the 2013 capital budget and the proposed town center ordinance. Official action may be taken.
