CALL TO ORDER
The regular meeting of the Vernon Township Economic Advisory Committee meeting was convened at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday, December 1, 2020 in the Vernon Municipal Building, 21 Church Street, Vernon, New Jersey.
STATEMENT OF COMPLIANCE
Pursuant to the Open Public Meetings Act, N.J.S.A. 10:4-6, adequate notice of this regular meeting has been provided to the public and the press on January 3, 2020 and was posted on the bulletin board the municipal building in accordance with the Open Public Meetings Act.

PUBLIC PARTICIPATION
Ron Williams motioned to open the meeting to the public. Elmer Platz seconded it. All were in favor. There were no members of the public present to comment. Ron Williams motioned to close to the public. Elmer Platz seconded it. All were in favor.
VOTE ON NOVEMBER 4, 2020 MINUTES
Sally Rinker motioned to approve the minutes. Seconded by Ron Williams. All were in favor.
WEBSITE PAGES
Jen Lubliner handed out copies of the final draft of the web pages. After reviewing the document, Jen Lubliner motioned to approve the final draft, seconded by Ron Williams, all were in favor of approval and submission to the mayor for posting on the Township website.
DISCUSSION
All members present discussed compiling a year end summary to present to the mayor. The list included establishing missions and goals, grand openings, cultivating business relationships, making EDAC contact information available at the building and zoning department windows, Shop Local ad, EDAC web pages, and advisement letters to the mayor and council. Sally Rinker stated she would draft the summary and send the copy to the members and mayor.
Sally Rinker advised that volunteer applications should be submitted for consideration for reappointment to the EDAC for 2021.
The meeting adjourned at 7:49 p.m.
