General Discussion

  • Went over the finalized revised EDAC meeting dates and locations for the 2012 year.
  • Tavern on the Mountain—grand opening, pending.
  • Continue to promote local businesses.
  • Sign ordinance 90% done with Kevin Kelly (township attorney)/council reviewing it for content reduction.
  • Art, Elmer and Craig to evaluate township ordinance/permits that could be financially excessive compared to surrounding towns. Pros and cons of pertinence—create, modify or delete. Introduce EDAC recommendations to mayor and council.
  • Sussex Camp—Craig to contact Mayor Marotta for more information.
  • Town Center—discussed EDAC concerns of decreased tax revenues, accessed values and where values are decreasing.
  • EDAC Facebook site: Is up and running and looking great! Needs all administrators to contribute with information content. Great job Craig!!
  • Membership drive for EDAC.
